Christopher Key

Founder & CEO
Chris Key has a long history of engagement with tribal communities around economic development, workforce development, education, healthcare, and natural resources development.

His rich experience includes technical and managerial roles with NASA, AISES, Qualcomm, and AT&T.

Chris is a registered member of San Carlos Apache tribe in Arizona.

Victor LaGroon

Principal
Victor LaGroon is a health equity strategist, government relations expert, and policy strategist.

He represents True North Diversified in Washington D.C. managing government and corporate relations.

His experience includes both local and federal government expertise as well as extensive experience in the healthcare industry.

Matthew Brogdon

Principal
Matt Brogdon has spent his career in community engagement, workforce development, and recruiting, creating mutually beneficial partnerships between disparate organizations.

His experience includes Booz Allen Hamilton, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Microsoft, as well as leading Hesperus, a national 501© non profit for Native American and Alaska Natives.
